Pricing and Payment: All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and wire transfer. Payment must be received in full before the order can be processed and shipped. If payment is not received within 5 business days of placing the order, the order may be canceled.
Shipping: Please refer to our shipping policy for information on shipping methods, delivery times, and tracking. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns and Refunds: We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange, as per your request.
